I came in for a haircut and Sal took care of me. He was friendly and warm and he helped me come up with a haircut that would work well for the event I was going to. He was collaborative and helped me clean me up and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

The hair stylist was very quick and kind with my toddler. I liked the haircut and how easy it was to get him in and out even though we was not cooperating with the stylist. At the end when I went to give her a tip based on the full price, I reiterated the appointment was as a "first time client" and that my son was under the age of 12. We booked at this location based on their advertised deal for children's haircuts but the stylist claimed at first that she had no idea what Ad I was referring to and she started raising her voice at me stating "27 dollars, you owe 27 dollars!". I did not appreciate her attitude at the end, which is why this review is not 5-star.
